ORDERING

How can I place an order?

To place an order for your favorite item you need to:

  • Go to the link of your favorite product.

  • Then select the right Color, Size, Style or another variant.

  • Check the quantity if you would like to order more than 1.

  • Click 'ADD TO CART' to proceed to checkout.

  • Select the billing method, provide shipping information, and an email address to receive confirmation.


How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email containing the details of your order, including your unique Order ID (eg. #1234) and a list of the item(s) ordered.


What should I do if I didn’t receive confirmation?

Please check your Spam/Junk folder.
If you still don’t see it, contact our customer support and we’ll resend it immediately.


How do I cancel an order?

We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we are unable to make changes or issue refunds.
Orders that have already been packed/processed or shipped cannot be canceled.


How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, and Debit Card (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, JCB, Discover).
All transactions are processed in USD, and your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate.


What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices listed on looplocker.com are in USD (displayed in your local currency automatically). Checkout is completed in USD.


How secure is my personal information?

Loop Locker adheres to the highest industry standards.
Your credit card and personal details are encrypted with SSL and processed through PCI Level 1-compliant systems.
We never sell, lease, or distribute customer information.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Where do you ship from and how much does it cost?

We ship internationally to AU, UK, USA, Canada and New Zealand from our warehouse in China via YunExpress Air Cargo.
All orders include tracking.

During Chinese New Year (Jan 19–29), please expect shipping delays.


How long will delivery take?

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri), and shipped the next business day.

Typical delivery times based on 20,000+ orders:

Times may vary due to customs, weather, holidays, border restrictions, etc.


Customs & Regulations

You are responsible for checking local customs regulations.
We do not recommend PO Boxes as items may be stolen or misplaced.


How can I track my order?

A tracking code will be emailed to you within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Tracking updates may take an additional 1–2 business days to appear.

If you don’t receive tracking, contact us.


Why can't I track my order yet?

Possible reasons:

  • The courier has not updated their system yet.

  • The parcel is still being processed.

  • The parcel was delivered long ago and removed from tracking history.

Contact Customer Service for assistance—we’ll follow up with the courier.


International shipping seems slow—why?

International packages often show no updates while in transit.
This is normal.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery depending on your region.


Courier attempted delivery but I wasn’t home—what now?

Contact the courier.
They will either reattempt delivery or ask you to collect the package at their office.


I ordered multiple items but only received one—why?

To reduce import fees, items may ship separately.
Please allow additional time for all packages to arrive.


Tracking says “Return to Sender”—what should I do?

Contact us immediately to arrange reshipment.

If failure to receive the item was due to customer inaction (missing customs documents, ignored courier messages, etc.), free replacement is not available.


Tracking says Delivered but I haven’t received it.

Please check with your local post office.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.


Delivery

Your local customs office may require additional documents that could delay delivery.
Most orders are delivered by local post services.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Prices on our site are tax-free in USD.
You may be charged import taxes depending on your local customs regulations.
These charges are not covered by us.


RETURNS

What is your return policy?

If something is wrong with your order (defective, incorrect, damaged), contact us within 10 days of receiving it.
We will review the case and, if approved, send a replacement or refund.

Please do not return anything until our team instructs you to.
Loop Locker reserves the right to deny any return request.

When are returns not possible?

Returns are not eligible if:

  • You entered the wrong item/address and did not correct it within 24 hours

  • The product is not defective

  • The product is damaged from use

  • The item is not in original condition

  • You received the correct order

  • Change of mind


How long does the return process take?

Processing may take up to 15 business days once we receive your return request.
You will receive an email confirmation when completed.
